10 TIPS TO EXCEL IN RAMADHAN

1). Ramadhan is a opportunity to break bad habits and replace them with new ones.

2). Since we don't need to be busy with eating our meals during the day, we should be busy with the Remembrance of Allah - reading the Quran, making dua, make zikr, giving charity.

3). Eat less especially when breaking fast. "Lessening the physical appetites is a way to reach Allah , it's a way to have a greater spiritual understanding.

4). Try to build yourself in this month. Try to build gud habits that not only will last during Ramadhan but the rest of ur life e.g. Establishing night prayer even if it's just 2 raka'ahs.

5). Fix ur relationship in Ramadhan. Don't let them go, if u have a defective relationship with someone who is close to u, try to fix them, at least from your side. Go to sleep and don't have anything against anyone. Make that a goal doing Ramadhan.

6). Do not be reactionary. Do not react if someone does anythin to u or they dislike u or they infringe upon u..

7). Resolve not to get upset by somebody or to be angry with anybody, at least not show ur anger because a sign of ur strength is being able to control ur anger.
. Stay away from all sins. Especially speaking about other people behind back even if u say something which is true about them behind their backs. This includes on Facebook just because they are not on ur friend list.
Backbiting is a major sin.

9). Stay away from bad suspicion of people. Have a good opinion of others. And don't relate the actions of people u see to others. "Cover the sins of people like you would love Allah to cover YOUR sins."

10). Embody the trait of mercy. Have mercy on people do not be a judge. Be someone who is merciful and understanding.
